Van has started autolocking. Why's that then?

I've had a search but nothing seems to come back with my issue.
After today's debacle of ripping off my wiper blades, the drivers side window started playing up. Yes, I tried opening the window when it was frozen shut.
Did the reset thing and all was hunky dory, even the mirrors now fold in on locking. Result!
However, the van has started to autolock, even at idle. If I press the internal unlock button, it disables for about a second and then locks again, leaving me locked in the van. Both with ignition on and off and keys out.
Could it be a dodgy connection?
Has the reset unlocked some hidden paranormal activity?
Or do I put it down to global warming?
Answers on a postcard please?

Cheers Loz, I'll take a look over the weekend.
It might not be one you can get to. You can check the door closed switches by seeing the doors operate on the display, but inside each mech are 4 microswitches that tell the door controller what state the lock is in (lock, unlock, deadlock and not deadlock) if these are faulty you can get this behavior. I think you can check the status with VCDS.
Take a look at this youtube (@2mins) that shows them.
