Anyone advise on recommended tyre pressures to run on T32 when fully loaded? load carry weight is 425kg tyre size is 245/45/20.

I run 50psi all round.

255/45/18... Even tyre wear.

heavy T32

Get yourself a cheap tyre pressure monitoring setup off Ali Express or Amazon.

Set the pressures and then keep an eye on how the pressures go.

If they increase quite a bit when driving, they are likely underinflated.

It's surprising how much the pressures change after a couple of miles.

thanks for the replies...... i think!
A lot depends on the tyres. VW assumes and gives specs for “C” rated tyres, I.e Commercial. These typically have a max rating of around 65psi compared to a typical 45psi for a SUV/car tyre. I don’t think I’ve seen a low profile 20” C rated tyre, so you’re into suck it and see territory.

Well, the tyres need to be 104 load rated at least on the rear to technically comply with a T32. If they are, close to their maximum rated pressure they should be technically able to take the full van load. Speed rating is usually not an issue, given the relative slowness of our vans.

That said, it doesn't mean that they will be comfortable, that their grip would be satisfactory, or that they will be legal in your jurisdiction.
Maybe the latter is the easiest since the UK seems very tolerant for what I see on this Forum.
As others already said, once you go out of OEM specs you are essentially on your own.
Personally I wouldn't risk, and so many have done and nothing happened (demonstration by negation) doesn't work for me.
