Torque Difference Cylinder 2 - Limit Value Exceeded

Hi guys purchased my Transporter for under a year now seem to have come up with a slight knock and smoking white smoke on a cold start ever since I had a service carried along with water pump and cambelt. Maybe issue was there before not so sure however it come back as code p100500 for injector 2 torque difference. I have managed to replace my injector however still having the same code. It is very rough in the mornings on a cold start starts up perfectly fine however on acceleration it’s rough, once it’s warmed up the smoke is gone however there is a slight misfire underload of accelerating not so bad. I have booked in with a mate to get a compression test carried however was wondering have any of you guys experienced this. My friend recommends let’s swap injectors around see if it’s the new injector before throwing more money into it so this weekend hopefully will be getting her looked at but thought I’d ask if anyone of you guys had experienced similar.

I had another mechanic friend who’s good with diagnostic recommend apparently maybe a wiring issue

Hi Did you sort out the problem I have a similar issue with my vehicle the same year, with the 204 engine I did a crankshaft oil seal cam belt change DSG oil, and filter change, and started the engine and all was fine it ran smooth and revved well Until I changed the number 2 glow plug and now it runs rough.

Sziasztok, kevesebb mint egy éve vettem a Transporteremet, úgy tűnik, hidegindításkor enyhe kopogás és fehér füst jelentkezik, mióta szervizeltettem, a vízpumpával és a vezérműszíjjal együtt. Lehet, hogy a probléma korábban is fennállt, nem vagyok benne biztos, de a p100500 hibakóddal jött vissza, a 2. befecskendező nyomatékkülönbségére utalva. Sikerült kicserélnem a befecskendezőmet, de a hibakód továbbra is ugyanaz. Reggelente nagyon durva, hidegindításkor tökéletesen beindul, de gyorsításkor durva, miután bemelegedett, a füst eltűnik, viszont gyorsításkor alulterhelésnél van egy kis gyújtáskimaradás, ami nem olyan vészes. Megbeszéltem egy barátommal egy kompressziómérést, de arra lennék kíváncsi, hogy tapasztalt-e már valaki ilyet. A barátom azt javasolja, hogy cseréljük ki a befecskendezőket, hogy megnézzük, az új befecskendező-e a hiba, mielőtt több pénzt költünk rá, szóval remélhetőleg a hétvégén átnézzük, de gondoltam megkérdezem, hogy tapasztalt-e már valaki hasonlót.

Volt egy másik szerelő barátom, aki ért a diagnosztikához, és azt javasolta, hogy valószínűleg kábelezési probléma lehet.

Az autóm egy 2017-es VW Transporter 2.0 TDI 150 lóerős.
