P1006 00 Torque difference cylinder 3, rough idle up to 1600rpm

Hello

I have bought a used 2017 with CXHA 150hp engine. There was a slight issue with the engine, but no trouble driving it 1500km home.
I believed it was a faulty flywheel, but I now believe it there is an issue with injector. The engine light was on, but that was due to a faulty glow plug.
After removing parts to access the glowplug, I found diesel in cylinder 2, and it looked as the return from the same cylinder had made the area moist with diesel, therefor I ordered one injector and replaced the one in cylinder two.

But when I was to code in the injector in vcds, I noticed that the numbers to the injectors didn't match with the location on the engine. I have now corrected that. (so I think someone has changed the location of the injectors but not updated the coding, should this matter?)

After replacing injector 2 and starting I got a bigger vibration from engine, escpecially around 1200rpm. And I got code P1006 00 - Torque Difference Cylinder 3.
After choosing variables to monitor in vcds I get Cylinder 3 bank 1 internal moment at 3,7Nm while the others are 526-559NM.
I also get Post injection 3 quantity spec value to be 2-3mg/stroke while the other two, 1 and 2 are 0.00mg/stroke (I have tried figuring out why I only get three values on a 4 cylinder engine, but concluded that the 4th is the one the other 3 compares to.)

I believe injector in cylinder 3 needs replacement, and will do a ultrasonic clean and "overhaul" of the one I removed, and see if that works before ordering another one.

Am I correct in my conclusion?

Possibly. How about swapping injectors 2 ja 3 to see if the fault & poor internal moment follows?
Please make a log to share - before and after?

Those values are not related to any specific cylinder. They are related to injection cycles. For a stroke engine bursts fuel in 3-5 short bursts - labeled in VCDS as pre-injection, main injection, post-injections.

I cleaned the "nr 2" injector that I replaced due to diesel leakage from return line, and also a bit diesel in the cylinder. I put that one in cylinder 3, and startet up, and it worked like a charm :) (now I only think the sound I hear is from the flywheel starting to fail..)

I have attached before and after, with engine off and on. I also have another car with same engine and gearbox, I also took a log from that one.

I have Post injection 3: quantity spec value of 2-3mg/stroke, both before and after changing injector. On the other car it is 0.
