Just spoken with Jo at BM . . .

there is a glitch with the booking system as showing EHU has run out - it hasn't so nobody panic.

They are working on a fix now and will get back to us shortly. . . . . .

its to do with the official 16 EHU locations that are available on the Camping field.


We have more people that want EHU, . . . . . and splitters will be used as normal,

but the site need to fix the booking system to allow for the splitter users above the official 16 locations, so that everyone that wants EHU can book-in.

Just had additional comms from site.

Jo has said that BM will be doubling the EHU point availability.

this also means they have doubled the EHU availability on the booking system.

So those that required EHU its first come first served. . . . .

contact site with your booking ID, speak to Jo or Sarah and get your pitch paid for.

I have been touch with Brook Meadows and paid the balance for my stay. I have been allocated EHU pitch A1.

Remember people that the allocated EHU pitch number is just for booking reference.

Its not a hard booking for that pitch number / location.

@Tourershine will get everyone setup as per normal. ( Meet&Greet + Pitch )

That way we can be flexible and friends / groups can pitch together like normal.

The site are just allocating the EHU pitch numbers out in sequential order to the people that are paying for EHU and will have the EHU reference number.

we have a spreadsheet detailing who has paid for EHU and will ensure everyone gets EHU.

The site are doubling the 15x EHU pitches by using splitters. (so 30x EHU points ATM)

so each of the 15x points will have two T6F members associated with it ( just for administrative purposes)

"As per our phone conversation, I have spoken to Rob and we have 6 splitters that can be borrowed, Claire has said that we would need you guys to provide the splitters for the remaining 9 hook up’s giving you the 30 in total."

so for people that require EHU, its suggested that you all bring a Splitter with your cable.
