We have secured the venue for 2026.

the main weekend event will be 17th, 18th, 19th (Friday to sunday) july 2026

but, we have booked the field for the week, tuesday to the following Tuesday. - 14 july 26 to the 21 july 26

so you are welcome to book as many days before and after the weekend.

some of us for example are staying the full Tuesday to Tuesday week.

+++

We have hired the site directly and are paying for it directly ourselves.

that means that we are sorting out the bookings ourselves.

we are doing a fixed price-per-unit-per-day.

Yep - FIXED PRICE per DAY.

That means you pay £25 per van night - all included.

bring the wife,
bring the dog,
bring the kids,
bring your gazebo,
Bring a tent,
Bring the Trailer,
bring any extras you wish,
No extra charge.

Basically if it fit in or on the van, you can bring it.

we are selling the tickets, you pay us for as many days as you wish. . . we give you a ticket for your stay.

we deal with all the admin, everything.

all we ask is that you book at pay in full asap, as we have a minimum booking requirement and don't want to do deposits.

"what if i need to cancel or change my booking? . . . weve though long and hard about this, and decided that if you need to cancel you booking we will give you a full refund."

same as if you need to add extra days, just pay the extra, we adjust your booking and its all sorted.

by us doing this we hope that you will all book up and come along - with no risk to your booking.

Thats Not All,

we are also hiring a couple of portaloos & a 6Kv Diesel genny for some daytime recharge for you all.

The loos and shower block are a short walk away so weve added some extra convenience.

and as we have booked the PADDOCK field, as its away from the General Campers - were bringing in out own Leccy.

That means you can plug in and charge up your battery banks.. . . plus we have power for the Disco Tent, Ice & Beer machine

Nope...

Were arranging a club fixed price per night.

And we are doing the tickets and bookings direct ourselves.

Everyone pays us for the amount of nights they want. ... Set price style. (Like it used to be at brook meadow)

Were arranging a couple of portaloos just for us, as the loos are a short walk away

And we're arranging generator power for daytime recharge, as they is no EHU on the rally field.

It's not been finalised yet, but will be around £25 per unit per night.... All inclusive, people, dogs, kids, awnings, beer tents etc etc. £25 per night - done.

Final prices will be arranged in the new year.

Sadly, being married to someone working high up in education, I cant make this in term time.

We wanted the following week, but it was already booked for 2026.

We have the weekend after booked in for 2027 though.

The other problem is different areas finish the school term at different weeks.

We tried our best to get a date in the school holiday.
