T6 only blowing cold air!

Hi,

New on here I have a 2016 140bhp T6 Kombi, great van never had any issues but suddenly it’s only blowing cold air regardless of the heater dial setting or AC. Fan works at all speed and delivers the same air to windscreen or cab! I’m fearing the worst! Any help would be appreciated before I take it to the garage!! Cheers

Hi orrestnoodle the offending bit on mine has snapped pic attached, in the process of having it 3D printed with a few amendments to make it stronger. (That’s if it’s ok to do so on this site) Will be having a few more made to sell onto anyone with the same problem if that helps.
