The loom has a chassis ground ring terminal that screws to the door panel.

Hi all. Got a scanner code saying ‘Antenna 2 for radio - Open circuit’. I recently had the driver’s mirror replaced after an anonymous sideswipe while I was parked on the street. ‘Klaus’ is a 2018 T6 Transporter Startline (Runner here in NZ) which is pretty basic, so wondered if it’s showing that error cos whatever the antenna 2 is for isn’t available for my model, so doesn’t actually connect to anything anyway? Or might they have just not connected it all back up properly? Thanks!

Doors you replace the plastic antenna sheet in the mirror?

Thanks for the details @Dellmassive. Apologies but I should have mentioned that I didn’t do the replacement; it was an insurance job, so not really sure what they did/didn’t do. Likely they would have replaced everything, as they had to get a whole new unit. We don’t have DAB at all here, but I will take a look at the connections to check they are all as they should be. Thanks again!
