Have you got recent VCDS scan?
Or alternatively maybe you could post fault screenshot from your CARISTA?

I've no access to VCDS here unfortunately, I will run a Carista scan a bit later and get a screenshot for you, I haven't cleared the errors codes so i'm guessing (form my limited knowledge) they will still be there?
I was also getting a headlight error on We Connect but this has also disappeared.

Well, I did but I think I might go back to halogens... I worked out the wiring was actually getting wet due to driving on flooded roads and the kit I bought didn't have full sealing causing intermittent faults.
Travelin lite actually sent me some new load resistors (the source of the issues) but these have simular sealing issues, I sent them an email yesterday detailing my concerns and to ask their opinions.

Will report back if you need an update!

And just to confirm, the fault doesn't actually cause any issues, the fog lamps still work as expected

Also interested to see what alternatives you use. I’m keen to change but can’t cope with any more warning messages.

It would need to be water tight as I’m sure a blast with the jet wash would probably be an issue as well.

I change the bulbs to a different set of LEDs, I sent the Travelin Lite ones back for a refund (the were very good and refunded me immediately after they received them back)

The new ones I put in were H11 switchback LED bulbs, they have no errors and don't effect the DAB radio; they also have the added feature of changing to yellow!

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has retro fitted fogs on a T6.1 yet? I can’t seem to find any kits for the 6.1, I emailed Vanstyle and they said their T6 kit won’t work on the T6.1. I looked at the part number on a mates van for the fog switch. It’s 5G0941431AP, although that’s not a chrome one. I note all the ones on eBay etc start with 5ND.
ideally I’d like chrome with an auto sensor and the front fog function, just to give my lowly startline a bit of bling!! Anyone with knowledge, I’d be very grateful.

They look spot on @T6180. Looks like your van is a factory Highline so you already had the fogs. I’m after some knowledge around a T6.1 retro fit kit. Thanks

Thanks for the inspiration @T6180 - I have a Highline 6.1 with factory fit front fogs and LED headlights and couldn't believe the fogs are fitted with yellow halogens! I've just fitted Osram Cool Blue Boosts (£20 off Amazon) and they look much better. It's hard to get the exact light tone in the photos but I would say that the replacement Osrams are 95% close to the LEDs... may be a tiny bit duller than the whiteness of the LEDs but you would have to be really picky to notice.

Models may vary, if your vehicle uses the fogs as a corning light these units would not be suitable, ensure fitment is correct for vehicle before purchase.

Have you had any problems with yours?

I had the Switchback LED’s in mine, no errors but unless you disable the cornering lights they change colour when turning left and right. Changed them to standard Autobeam LED’s and the work perfectly

Never had any problems, only very very occasionally switching to yellow after some slow manoeuvring in carparks
