I would like to replace my fog lamp bulbs for LED to match my headlights in my T6.1. I cant see a guide on the forum. I spotted the hatch inside the wheel arch. Is it as easy as popping that off to gain access ?

Also what are folk recommending ?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have done this. Will need some light adaptions changes on leuchte12 leuchte 13nbl at lamp load settings.

no errors or bulb warnings so far.

The halogen bulbs are actually better for the function of fog lights due to the way they work in the reflectors.

My preference is to turn off the cornering function with VCDS so that no one sees the colour temperature mismatch and never turn the fog lights on unless it's absolutely necessary to help you pick out the white line in a proper pea souper.
