The infotainment system on my T6.1 has no vehicle image. I'm pretty sure there should be a van on the vehicle status page, here is mine:-

Playing with Carista Beta there are options to change the vehicle image:-
It was set to Highline. I've tried changing to Hybrid but still no vehicle image.
Has anyone managed to change the or add a vehicle image. Is this something that would require VCDS ? I found this link:-
On it the guy has a try with a Multivan but gets nothing - like mine
Bit of history. The infotainment system has been replaced over a year ago by VW France, they look puzzled and confused when I asked them if I should or shouldn't I have a van image. I was able to get it into VW UK recently and they said it should have an image, but didn't know how to add it, needed to speak with the factory. Back in France now so hoping its a DIY project. Happy to buy VCDS if it can fix the issue.
