T5.1 Electric Window motor help

I've a old 2006 transporter but I have a t6 dash installed I think the t5.1 electric motors will fit on std t5 windows . ?
I also have t5.1 highline bcm instilled mainly used for the heater controlls to move the heater flaps ( yes long story )
I'm assuming the t5.1/ t6 window switchers are the same plugs?
If above is correct anyone know which window motors and looms I need ?
As I. Told some are vin locked and won't work

Right bare with me
I've a 2006 t5 transporter with a t6 dash and door cards
I've installed a t5.1 highline bcm
And the t5.1 motors fit to early door frames
But there's 3 types off bloody motors /looms
Can I retro fit these door motors with matching looms on to my doors .
