T32 SoLow coilovers knocking

tuesday i fitted the solow bilstein coilovers to my 2016 t32, drove it every day from tuesday and was all fine untill today (sunday) where they started knocking badly from the front, so this afternoon i checked everything was tight and it was all fine, so then i stripped the coilovers back out, then removed the top mounts, then re-fitted the top mounts and fitted the coilovers back on the van and the knocking noise has gone....but im worried it may return? Also seeing that knocking on t32's with coilovers seem to be a common thing? Is this the case? Or anything i can do if it returns?

Tbh I removed it all and then fitted it all again and it's been fine ever since
