Soft close sliding door not working

Hi all,

I removed the seats to take out the bulkhead strip, all went back ok, but now the sliding door soft close won’t work. I’ve rechecked all the wiring connections and when I short the sliding door contacts the pivot activates. I’ve cleaned all the contacts. There are no fault codes. I assume the door module is faulty but it can’t be a coincidence I’ve just removed and refitted the front seats.

Hiya,

The problem was the sliding door latch had stuck where it engages on the pivot. I excerised it a few times and it’s worked ever since
