Another power latching problem

Hi, im a long time lurker around here, I’m having issues with my passenger side sliding door and I can’t find a solution to my problem. My t6.1 has dual electric sliding doors with power latching/soft close but the soft close has stopped working on the passenger side. The door opens and closes on the key fob, button on the dash and both handles but it won’t pull in the last bit. I can shut it with a forceful push to get it to close all the way. I’ve gone down a trouble shooting rabbit hole and I’m now a bit stuck.
On the working side, the connector in the B pillar is giving 12v on pin 2, 4ish v on pin one and the same on pin 3. On the side that won’t soft close I’m getting the 4v on pins 1 and 3 but not the 12v on pin 2, it’s a re/blue wire. Before I start stripping the van to try and find out where it goes, does anyone have any advice on whether or not this could be the problem or where to look at first? I switched the modules above the rear wheel arch and the issue was still on the passenger side so presume that’s not the problem. I’ve bought a new power latching motor and that hasn’t fixed it so I’m running out of ideas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Just in case anyone else has the same problem. I had read that there wasn’t separate fuses for the power latching but it turns out there is 2 15amp fuses under the drivers seats. One of which had blown. Fuse changed and all works again. Better than £1500 Vw quoted for the repair.

Blimey. I had mine changed for ~£400 at an independent.
