The big difference from frontline you’ll notice is the change in work “pressure”. You’ll be acutely aware of a call queue whereas before you could only deal with the job in front of you!

It does, however, not me personally, I respond to their observations. Some of my former senior colleagues used to get picked up and go up in them, not now though.
