Shiny Saturday!

I think the true cost is in the prep. Done properly (@Clydiee knows about this stuff) it should have several stages of prep done before the ceramic coating is applied - see here:Detailing Whoever does it needs to know what they're doing, and it therefore takes time... and moollah!!

Washed the Shuttle and de-brake-dusted the wheels. 1800miles of British and European flies collected and nearly all removed. Still a work in progress on the wing mirrors...

Now looking at local detailers to remove a few light scratches.

Not sure if you can see it, top is done and bottom still to do.

I've had a tin of Holts tar remover in the garage for 20+ years, barely touched it.

Used the whole tin removing tar spots from the van, due I presume to some road workings in Herefordshire a couple of weeks ago. Thought it was just dirt, and it's been baking on during the recent hot weather.

Still, good news is that Mrs CAB and Miss CAB did most of it while I was at the cricket!

Love Bayleaf. I was watching a VanHaven YouTube video the other day and they mentioned that it has now been discontinued.
