Safari windows fitted

Those that have had this happen, what adhesive do camper glass supply for the repair? Wondering if it’s worth getting a tube for longer stints away in the van and repair on the go

It was a thing on the Peugeot 107 rear window fittings, the glue eventually failed and they started to fall out. I used some Sikaflex. We got a recall notice a couple of years after scrapping ours.

I'm not sure it was really strong but a big tube/cartridge type...I just reckon there a load been made that haven't had the glue done properly....fingers crossed all absolutely fine now we put them back on

Was another guy on FB who posted the exact same issue today. Bad batch of bond or something. THQ have been in touch to say they'll send me some bond out, happy to give it a trial to fix. 1000022860.jpg

2 part resin finally came today, DX at fault for the delays, not THQ. I've mixed a small amount by hand as there was no nozzle and added it to the latch. Currently clamped in place, hope it holds now. No instructions from THQ, be good to be given some idea lol. Anyone know a set or cure time?

Same here...I think we left it on for an hour or so it's sets very quick but we left it clamped an in a shaded area...probably a good hour or two while we were getting other work done
