Disconnect the negative cables and then re connect the output one first. If problem persists return the unit to Ring for software update.

All sorted thanks unpluged the battery negative and re conected it all worked fine


Next question any one using lithium batterys with it if so what battery settings are you using

The Ring unit will not work with a lithium battery. You will need a b to b with a lithium profile.

I have had numerous lithium sellers tell me the ring will work with lithium if the float is set to 13.2 v

Well its now mid june and the ring is working fine with mu lithium batteries I still get an ES error if solar is off but as soon as the van starts this goes
