We are having one damaged front parking sensor replaced (not warranty as stone damage) the sensor is over a £100 and fitted with labour over £300, where Do they get these prices from

Thanks, unfortunately the van is already with dealer so had to say yes but I think it is stupid price

Final figure with vat was £410.00 seems greedy to me
Which sensor was it?
I recently replaced my left front outer one. TPS wanted just over £100 inc VAT, so I thought I'd risk a £22 one off ebay. It said it was genuine, and sure enough when it arrived, it was. Fitting was a case of popping out the grille, unclipping the old sensor and replacing it with the new. 10 minutes at best. I wondered whether I'd need to do some coding, but no, it worked straight away.
