I have 235/45/18 on duchy banded steels on a T32 T6 I’m very confused having read a variety of posts on the subject with advice ranging from 38 to 58 psi per corner. The van will be loaded with holiday gear and family so keen to get this right as I’ll be driving for about 10 hours - anyone have definitive answer on best psi to run or a way of knowing what is actually the correct amount to put in?

That’s not a factory size tyre. I would go with the factory pressure for the 255/45 or 235/50 and then have a play from there +/- 2psi to see what works for you and feels best. .
