due to working at camper jam and then going on holiday straight after for nearly 3 weeks! July was pretty much written off for us and I fell behind on stock levels.

It’s taken some head scratching, but we’ve done it! We’ve manufactured a 375mm x 36mm disc with the correct centre bore and PCD ( 5 x 120 ) so it fits straight on to your T5/6 without the need for any modifications.

Our new kit will be out soon - genuine brembo caliper direct from Porsche, 375 x 36 carbon steel disc, braided lines, low dust pads, fixing hardware

Any pics of these on a van yet? How do you know whether spacers might be required? I am running 20” Veemann wheels, 8.5” with a 35 offset. Also on air so i dont want the wheels to have to come out any more.

Hi,
The first complete kit will be fitted on my van when it’s back from having some major surgery….several pairs of our 375mm x 36mm custom made discs have gone out as replacement discs.

As with all kits we sell you may need spacer or you may not, as you’ll know it’s very much wheel dependent.

With these discs you have to use a 3mm spacer to bring the top hat size upto the 10mm size of a OE disc, we have made these disc from the same carbon/steel as our performance discs and specific for the T5/6 and have had the PCD made and centre bore to fit perfectly, meaning these are not a redrilled disc.

My van is also on air ride and I’ll be posting pictures up when my van’s back and I’ve fitted them.

Awesome I’ll wait for you to be the guinea pig and see how they work out. Is there a way of measuring to see if calipers will fit behind the wheel? I have the Aston 4 pot brembos fitted at the moment and not much gap.

It's always nice to get feedback from customers about your products.... Marcin went for our new 340mm 8 Pot caliper kit with OE disc in the dimpled & grooved, this is able to fit behind a 17" wheel or bigger, (spacers may be required) .

He had them supplied and fitted by Chris at @The Van Cave and was over the moon with the service he got during the installation.

The last few months have been a challenge to say the least.

Unfortunately our son had a potential life changing accident a few months back and as I hope you can imagine he had to come first whilst still trying our best to keep work ticking over.


His final operation is this week and we’ve got everything crossed it’s the last.


We won’t be trading this year at Campermart or Camperjam as 2026 is his 21st birthday year and we want to spend time with him.


We will be trading at Tatton park and at Busfest as usual and look forward to seeing you then


NORMAL service will be back soon I promise and we’ll be running a “XMAS FRIDAY” deal to make up for no black Friday deals

Sorry to hear about your troubles, these are the curve balls that life throws at us sometimes and you never see them coming. Glad that you're getting back to some semblance of normality, even if it's a "new normal". All the best for the future for both your family & the business.

Just a quick review on the service I have received from Russ & Jan.
Ordered new discs and pads all round last Monday, all goodies arrived by the Wednesday, very impressed with the quality of the discs and pads (Grooved front/Plain rear) securely packaged too.

Dropped the van off at my mechanic yesterday to get everything fitted, and he even commented on the quality of the discs and pads.
Currently bedding them in, but I am sure that these will surpass the OEM kit with knobs on.
Hopefully the low dust pads will be the icing on the cake.
