It’s taken some head scratching, but we’ve done it! We’ve manufactured a 375mm x 36mm disc with the correct centre bore and PCD ( 5 x 120 ) so it fits straight on to your T5/6 without the need for any modifications.

Our new kit will be out soon - genuine brembo caliper direct from Porsche, 375 x 36 carbon steel disc, braided lines, low dust pads, fixing hardware

@Nutexa Frictions do you sell upgraded pads for standard rear calipers for the T6 ?
If so how much are they including delivery?

Hi, yes they are £44.20 inc vat with free delivery.

If you go on the website into the braking section, scroll down to pads and it’s the STN178 you need.

I would be interested to know how do you get around the mis match of master and slave cylinder sizes with that kit?

Currently running an 8 pot caliper with 375mm discs, done 12000 miles including a trip around the French & Swiss alps and not had a problem

Are these any better than the big T32 brakes?

Hi Mat,

the OE 340mm caliper is a 2 pot caliper and a carrier that pulls the pad across.

these are a 6 pot caliper, so 3 pistons push the pads each side onto the disc. the actual caliper is bigger also and we're using a 375mm disc against the 340mm OE T32 ones.

I'm currently using our 8 pot caliper set up with a 2 piece 375mm disc but will be changing over to this after our trip to Europe.

I can’t wait to fit my big bake kit.
My upgrade consists of big T32 calipers which I’ve sprayed Kawasaki green.
Big Nutexa 340mm grooved and dimpled discs with Nutexa pads front. (Bought from forum member)
Nutexa rear grooved and dimpled discs with Nutexa pads.
Combined with my remap and CRS suspension my van will be transformed. :waving: :geek:
