Night Heater help - Loud buzzing noise from Fuel Sender/Diesel Tank

Hi all,

I'm having some trouble with my underslung diesel heater installation on my T6 and any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I've placed the diesel pick up line in the sender unit (not 100% sure where the "loose" end needed to go), I've attached an image looking from above.

Van starts fine, but now I've picked up a very loud noise now coming from the sender unit (heater off as I've not finished wiring it yet). There's a link below to show the noise, I start from outside the van and then go inside with the door shut (excuse the mess).

Any thoughts or suggestions please?

Did you shape it as per the manual? Is it the same length as per the manual? is any part of the pipe touching anywhere other than the top fixing?

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Unfortunately I haven't bent it, I was missing this crucial instruction! Looks as tho my pick up is "within" the sender casing rather than on the outside? I have cut it to length however
