Hi all,
Something that I've been living with for a while now is a slight diesel leak. initially I assumed it was the aftermarket diesel heater pipework (it was the crap green stuff, so replaced it with the clear nylon stuff) however a while later I noticed there was still a leak. I've deduced it only happens when I brim the tank so happy it was nothing to do with the diesel heater. For a while now I've only been filling to 3/4 and its been fine, however not an ideal long term solution. I'm sure its coming from the tank breather, as the sender area was nice and dry last time I dropped the tank but cant be sure which end. I see many people have had similar issues, but had the dealers replace/repair the issue (which I'm not going to be doing).
In pictures, I found the fuel in the area highlighted green, so think its coming from either the red or purple locations and tracking along the pipe.
