Sorry mate, been away. No I didn’t buy the lowers, was going to mod them.

Few images of how I fitted mine.
The indicator itself was pre fitted to the lower base, cutting away as much as possible but leaving it intact.

Remove glass, with biggest trim tool you have(image 2).
Image 3. Gentley lift the top 3 clips(inside behind mirrow) and trim tool top cap off. (Other treads detailing this process(search)).
Image 4. Remove lower cap
Image 5. Thread new wire through, I found it easier to slacken the 3 torx screws off to enable the feed the wire past the cover on the inside of the mirror stork. From here down and into the door bellow.
Once there continue into the side repeater (spring clip at front, 3m tape at rear, so trim tool at front to pop off) to make your connection.
Splice into cable and test.

I thought I read somewhere on here that side repeaters were not monitored..? I’ll have a search.

Possibly - 150mm long. The van isn’t here for me to measure, mind.How about this?
My repeaters are 165mm long x 39mm high. I didn't take them out to measure the hole, but would imagine there is plenty of overlap leaving enough wing surface to stick a smaller badge over.
Having just looked at the Bulli badges, in the pictures they appear to be the same height as the repeaters and maybe a little longer, so if they were fitted on the 'wrong' side, they should work. Bloody dear tho'.

Was tempted with this mod until today. A fat tw@ in a motor home whacked the drivers mirror in a hit n run. Luckily there’s not too much damage as it’s designed to take the sh1t. Still gonna cost me!
NP as I’ve got a dash cam but it’s been telling me to reformat or something. Anyway, it’s failed to record! Now reformatted and working again....
note. Failure to report a minor to the police can be a 3 pointer plus leaving the scene another 3. Totally p1ssed off as the Tw@ got away with it Scott free..

Still worth reporting it, incase he is having a touch of the seconds and is now wishing he’d stopped (what with the prevalence of dash-cams, he might be worried about the possibility of a summons dropping on to the mat).Was tempted with this mod until today.
