Well after the total debacle of the van we ultimately couldn't have (last minute VIN check threw up some spurious mis-match on several checkers and about £50 later)
Seller didn’t even try to argue that it was wrong so we have reported his ad on auto trader. Hopefully no one else gets caught with what now appears to be a hole-ridden service history and false owner info!
The upshot is that we drove from Midlands to Wakefield and back yesterday with our new bus; and now it’s less mileage, cleaner, a highline and tailgate to boot!!
Things clearly happen for a reason, and to say we’re happy is an understatement.
