Kombi window fitting Faux pas, need advice.

I took out an aftermarket window today (picture on the right) as I got my hands on some kombi windows in very good condition, not leaking to put in its place and then get a limo tint on them as I prefer the openers.
Problem is I didn’t realise that the cutout for the aftermarket windows is smaller than the Kombi windows!
Aftermarket has a 41cm top to bottom sliding rail.
OEM Kombi 50cm.
Is the cut out on a Kombi just a bigger cut out?
Has anybody put a Kombi OEM window in their van?
just trying to work out if I need to make the hole bigger, or if it’s not do-able!?

Yes, a fraction on the corners.
