kombi sliding windows leak

Hi, in the last few months I have noticed the floor wet after prolonged rain, it is the sliding glass panel on the O/S other side is fine .
Is this a common problem and is it fixable without replacement, these are factory windows I always found this side was a pig to close and needs careful pressure .
