That’s not a startline bumper. This trim (below) is angled on the factory colour coded ones like yours and more vertical on the startline bumpers.

100% highline/trendline. The upper and lower grill arrangements are totally different on a startline....
The upper grill has 3 thick horizontal bars (as opposed to 2) on the startline which is the most obvious giveaway.

It's all new at some point to everyone and I'm far from any form of expert.
I learnt from looking at different vans and seeing 'high end' camper conversions with painted startline bumpers.....
