Installing a 12V accessory socket under the seat

There’s a 10mm2 cable which runs to a small fuse board under the passenger seat of my T6.1. I’m lead to believe the 10mm2 cable can also supply a DC-DC charger which I was going to do but have now changed my mind. Instead would it be possible to install a fuse and wire to a 12V accessory socket to charge a Ecoflow Delta 2 when driving? I know it’ll be slow charging.

Worth checking with some of @Dellmassive threads but you may find if you have a solar input it might charge faster through that.

If you do that you'll want something with more current carrying capacity than a standard accessory socket (which shouldn't go above 8 amps continuous) things like an Anderson 50amp connector is popular, probably fused and cabled for about 30 amps.

If it's the cable that normally feeds the towbar electrics you may find it breaks down into usable 30amp feeds in that fuse box.
