Hill descent on a DSG?

I’d this possible in the DSG.
I’d find it useful in the snow coming down our lane. My old T5 Manual was brilliant in first gear, feet off, steady away.! And is the sport mode first gear a lower ratio?

Thanks I did have a flick through that but didn’t see it relating to a DSG. I may be wrong? I have been before!

Worked a treat on my DSG on a steep mountain track the other day..

As for sport mode on the DSG... holds the gears for longer and higher revs... not sure as to ratio specs... someone more informed may be able to help or use your friend the search box..

Gear ratios are the same in Sport and Drive mode.

I have it as factory fit on a dsg
