Headlight not showing on Instrument Cluster

I don't get any lights come on the dash when I put my headlights on or side lights. Only get lights on dash for fog lights.
Is this normal. (Only had van 3 weeks)

Yes, there is a light on the switch - not that you can really see it

Phew! So glad I found this.
Have had mine a week and I thought indications for headlights on and front fog lights bulbs had ‘blown’ in the instrument cluster.
Just re checked this morning, dull and raining, all working as it should.
Saved me making a cock of myself at the dealership.
