Has Anyone Changed Their Haldex Settings?

Not Used Carista for awhile and saw these new settings. See pic.
Not sure if I Should be messing around with it?

Quite common for people with haldex in fast audis and VWs to mess with the settings to remove understeer etc I'd assume sending more to the back will hinder the mpg on the van though!
 
I'd do that only got vcds though not carista, I wonder if it can be changed with that. What harm could it do? I only get 24mpg increase in fuel consumption my only concern, I couldn't stomach sub 20's.

If it's in the Carista menu, does that mean that it's a bonafide VW varaible setting that it's OK to change?,
I've got a Carista, just never used it yet.

Software that allows you to tinker with the vehicle settings via the OBD port. That's the diagnostic port under the dash by your right knee.
 
I drove through one winter with increased traction mode on. It felt like the drive would have been slightly more rear-driven. Admittedly could be just placebo.
