Gas Heater Not Firing.

My son in law has a T5 and he can't get his Propex heater to fire, hes using Camping gaz 907. The fan works, you can here the heater trying to ignite, the gas comes out when not connected to the van but no heat. He brought his bottle and put it on my T6 which is only a 6 month old conversion and mine had the same problem. All the valves are open to allow the gas to come through, so is there anything we have overlooked before we go back to the dealer.

So the same bottle doesn't work with either van ?
If you have gas hobs, do they ignite ?

If you tried it today
Maybe it's to warm for the thermostat to kick in
Well it was pretty warm in the south east

What model is it ?
Mine flashes its lights in a specific manner to tell you what the problem is.

Don't know that model. Some Googling suggests it might be a generic ref number. Do you have any photos of the heater itself, or the thermostat controls ?

If the fan runs, and you can hear the igniter clicking, then it's cool enough. It just doesn't run if its already too warm (if its like mine of course).

Thanks everyone for the help, they're working now, apparently there was too much air flow stopping the ignition.
