cheers...I've seen this van during the build it's a full caravelle retrims...but it took months of rework to get it to fit

cheers...I've seen this van during the build it's a full caravelle retrims...but it took months of rework to get it to fit
so this morning I have offered up the caravelle window surround and it's about an inch short and all the fixing points are in different locations....I would still fit the sliding door with the caravelle trim....but now I have to think of how this will work unless anyone can advise or offer an alternative for the none sliding side....is there a ply panel available that I can get trimmed to match the caravelle side for example?
