Fitting windows and deadlock issue

Just bought a T6 which has deadlocks (see pics) Would like to fit glass which would leave holes under the glass where the deadlocks would have been. What is the best way to ensure there are no leaks?

The best way would be to take to a body shop and have the holes welded and sprayed.

There will also be holes on the lock catch keep that will need repairing.

Replacement doors is an option... But the body will still need repairing.
