Hi, I have an issue where my T6 will not start. It had a low battery warning on Saturday and I tried to start it, 2nd try it fired up for about 2 seconds and now the dash does not light up the electric windows are also not working. I and others (RAC & AA) have checked the small fuse box under the bonnet it has power as does the internal fuse box by gear leaver. All fuses in those have been checked and are OK. I have done a Hard reset on the battery terminals, still no Joy. I have also taken out the battery and looked underneath at the relays but unsure how to test them, they look ok and there is no evidence of scorch mark or burning smell.

any other ideas?

Thanks,

what voltage is the battery now? - have you fully charged it since it went flat?

can you take and post a pic of your fuse boxes here . . ( to compare fuses )

what IS working?

have you got a scan tool?

Hi, the battery is now out and on charge as am checking the relays underneath. Was at 11.9v when removed. Where can i share my ODBeleven download with you?
I'll get fuse box pictures uploaded soon

You can copy& paste.

Or

Attach files below.

Post some pics of the relay box.

The SA master fuse box is also under the battery.

,....

Can you list what is working.

And list what's not working.

.....

Maybe do a video on your phone and share a link to it?

Hi,
I will post pics of fuse boards and hopefully get a video of it not starting when it stop raining and need to get battery back in

Engine ECU cannot talk to the immobiliser in the instrument cluster and is therefore immobilised.

A fuse or wiring break. Most likely a fuse.
A thorough check with a multimeter across every fuse(no need to remove the fuses to test them) under the gear lever. Also, check fuses are in the correct slots and there is no empty slot with a terminal visible on both sides of the slot.

11.9v is reasonably flat, get it fully charged first and see what happens, you dont want to be chasing a fault that doesnt exist

Aux heater is 20a RHS lower fuse box under gear lever. Can you post a better picture. It's extremely likely that you have a fuse in the wrong place or missing in the upper fuse box. If you can see a metal terminal on both sides of an empty slot then there should be a fuse there

Links to my drop box for videos of it not starting, let me know if you can or cannot access it. If not PM me your email address and I'll send you the link via email

Ok, battery now @12.7v and installed all fuses metered as ok, power to both fuse boards pictures below. 1 fuse missing as AA friend lost in centre panel. Not sourced on yet but as is aux heater don't think it will stop it starting.

I'm fairly sure that 7.5a fuse above the two 10a fuses in your upper centre row should be in the slot above

Great, if you can see an empty slot with a metal terminal in both sides where the arrows are, then there should be a fuse in it.
