Hi my blue electric hook up plug is under rear bumper and looks crap has anyone any ideas where’s best to move it
Many have them under the bonnet, works for me.
The best looking in my opinion is to have it mounted in the grill behind the VW badge using an EV charging flap off another vehicle. Not cheap, but if I was doing another one that’s where it would go.

Was away for 3 nights last week and destroyed a electricial cable running the mains in through the front door to run a heater and dehumidifier. There's no way im cutting a standard hole in the side of the van as its not a camper and I don't want it to look like one, I already have a anderson...

I’ve moved mine from under the rear bumper (left side) to behind the panel below the left rear light after fitting a hinge to it. That way I was able to retain the existing cable routing without having to re-route everything. Undoubtedly the simplest approach is under the bonnet, or through the grill VW badge (if you have a standard grill), but that is not suitable for everyone.

My cable comes through the firewall behind the glove box and sits next to the battery. The cable runs up beside the bonnet on the outside of the hinge and out next to the windscreen.
