[DSG] Low power. Unable to reverse up driveway

A software update as part of the service. The service manager said, as has been mentioned on this site, that it was a known issue. I have spoken to the TVS person here in Brisbane and he was not willing to touch the van until after the service was done. I have been recommended to another garage that was part of the TVs development some years back and he said they had developed their own software that did the job. I have spoken to the service manager of another dealer and he said the first thing he did when he bought a car with a dsg was to have the software upgraded.
