Google ‘lmk vw’If you have an address I will go tomorrow morning . Many thanks
Car was starting running ruffle they run a compression test and cylinder 1 and 2 was under the factory limitReally worries me that they replaced an engine and the fault is still there. I’d be really interested to know how they concluded the engine was ‘broken’ based on a misfire.
Was the cylinder wear down to diesel wash caused by damaged injectors from the damaged HPFP?Car was starting running ruffle they run a compression test and cylinder 1 and 2 was under the factory limit
Injector was checked before and replaced with new one . All of them was half life and working. Fault comes in drive from a small misfire to big oneWas the cylinder wear down to diesel wash caused by damaged injectors from the damaged HPFP?
I can understand why the DPF wouldn’t normally be in the warranty but as I seems like the DPF was damaged by the defective engine it seems unreasonable that VW didn’t include it under warranty.
do you have any idea which temperature sensor?I want to thank you for your support . Now the problem was solved at LMK was a temperature sensor on the back of DPF
I guess the temperature sensor replacement cleared the fault code but what about the low compression test results?I want to thank you for your support . Now the problem was solved at LMK was a temperature sensor on the back of DPF

I think that’s the likely cause.guess short journeys might be the cause.
there are few on transporterhaven sub a grand will have to check if yours is there., I have my eye on one they are used and VW not sure if im allowed to post links here for third parties but I intend to order a used one from there at some point I am reluctant to delete and drill out due to insurance concerns and it being illegal to ride on the roads etc.. mine is regening fine still but soot is definitely getting passed the dpf and triggering the light after every 20 mile stint if I clear the code. I do 20 miles each way a day in mine and I think thats considered a short journey (approx 35 min trip) my current is issue a possible DMF change so my DPF can wait till I sell my van and I will weight up the option of selling at a reduced rate to cover ot get it repaired and sell for what I think it may be worthI'm having this problem too. Same code. 2019 T6 204hp 27k miles only!
I've had the DPF cleaned...they said it wasn't so dirty.
Just to go the cheaper route rather than £3k dpf we've done some sensors - pressure differential/Llambda/NOx sensors.
Still have fault coming up. I haven't changed the exhaust temp sensor - someone above said it fixed theirs so I'll try that as its not so expensive.
The question is where to get a DPF for the 204hp - Genuine VW is just nuts. Can anyone recommend please?
Amazed I'm having trouble on such a low mileage van. Serviced every year on the dot. It's just been serviced. I guess short journeys might be the cause.
