I’ve just swapped my sliding door over to a newer one, but I’m getting a door open warning ever though the door is closed and fully aligned.
what sensors this and can it be adjusted?
I’m not sure if the is related, but the Caravelle door I’m using has some extra Bowden cables. Is the Caravelle lock different and should I fit my original one,

The open door and locked sensor are integral to the lock assembly....

Connected back to the van by the spring pin contacts on the side of the slider.

Caravelle has a sophisticated latch keeping the door fully open - the Bowden cable releases the latch. On the others the door is held fully open just by "friction cushions".

The makes sense. I think it's something I can live without but it may bug me.

My old PV door had a micro switch in the rear latch, which connected to the front lock with a Y-harness. The Caravelle doesn't have this microswitch which I guess is because it normally has a soft close mech. I swapped the rear lock and harness over and it's all working fine.
