Dometic CRX - line voltage issue?

No labels on ours apart from a “spares” label. Left the fuse out for 15 mins but no luck. Will take it to someone local to us after we get back to have a look as feel it may be a part or something despite the error message now.

Had a Dometic engineer out today. He’s replaced the temperature sensor and the fridge now seems to be working! He did say it was odd it was doing the one red light flash as it should indicate a voltage issue but he checked and it was all ok. I mentioned I had been pulling fuses to reset and apparently the model we have should auto reset but others do need the fuses pulling :)

Thought I would update in case anyone else has a similar issue.

I’m having same issues with a Dometic CRX50.
New LB last year, I have 100w solar on roof with readings between 12.4-13.0 volts, everything working fine until last week.

I ended up getting a Dometic engineer out for ours - it turned out to be a temperature sensor - which was like £8 part and then the diagnostic time and some fuel costs so ended up being around £70 total Inc vat to fix. Cheaper than a new fridge anyway!

If it really is the exact same thing and anyone else is more handy than us, the part number from our invoice if it helps was:
4450025879
temperature sensor
550

Thank you for replying.
Where did you get details for the Dometic engineer from?
