Dellmassive`s Camper Van Adventure

Haha, I just looked again. The pic with you, glasses on top of head and blue 3 core in the background is flipped. Thats where I thought the mains sockets on passenger side.

Thats certainly some chunky cable for the inverter. Whats the route going to be to get to the battery? I didn't think there is one?

Its all coming together
Don't know where the inverter is going yet.... Need to wait for the kitchen.

It will be going in the cabinets.somewhere.

Near the fridge somewhere.

What do people do to finish off this edge between the rear floor and the cab floor?.

I'm thinking 15mm Aluminium corner trim?

Similar to you on my T5, I have about a 1cm overlap front rubber mat over ply/Itex vinyl floor. Its been like that for 7 years. No one else notices it but I do and its always been a bit of a dirt trap. Mulling over fitting a 30-40mm black alu convex threshold strip to pin both down and look a bit tidier.

If at all possible keep the inverter away from the fridge as much as possible, no point in heating up the thing you are trying to cool down...

Having said that both need to vent heat so there may be some gains in having them near if it makes a good flow of air easier.

Tricky...

Which fridge did you go for ?
thanks
This one from transport to HQ.

It's a re badged alpacall 12V compressor fridge.

It's dual zone as well with a freezer compartment at the top

It's also got Bluetooth which they don't tell you about on the website.... Only realised when I was playing about with my other alcohol 12 volt battery fridge and this one popped up on the app..... Result!.
