Time for new NUTEXA PADS all round and new disks on the Rear.

Special Thanks to Jan & Russ for prompt next day delivery on a full T32 set for the VAN this time - Dimpled & Grooved.
The old rears had some pad left - but the disk was well worn.
and the front pads were down to about 5% !!!
i defo got my miles out of those. !!
so wheels off. . .
old discs & pads off. . .
pistons wound back in. . .
new disks on. . . .
new pads in . .
and wheels on. . . The Sportline rims definatley help show off the discs .
the fronts had just the pads swapped as the disks were new last time round.
slide pins cleaned and lubed-up.
here you can see the wear on the disk after one pad set.
with the new fronts in we are ready to role

In the file are injector adaptation/calibration values - which highly unlikely are the same for different injectors.
Hopefully you have the map also from the old engine
this is new new engine injectors. -

I've not got the same specific data from the previous engine.
but I've got block maps etc ? - not sure if any of those will have the injector data.?

Mot done, T32 and run it through as class7,
first place wouldnt do it as they said it was Class7 and they couldnt do it - i said my previous MOTS had been run through as class4.?
but they weren't having it - apparently when they entered the REG it come up on the screen as C7, so that's that!.
anyway.
three worn tyres, no supprise there.
but front passenger side shock leaking, that was a surprise . . . though its done over 100k so cant complain.
I've got a set of T32 front shocks in stock ready to go, just need to get it sorted.
Mot done, T32 and run it through as class7,

How did that happen ?
I've got no idea, it's on the outside as you can feel the crack but there's no stone chip and it appears to go right down to the bottom edge of the windscreen.
And it's getting longer as the day goes on, we put a Sharpie Mark this morning and then a second one at midday and it's getting longer.
I most annoyed about having two peel off my sticker collection on the screen..
Is fans got lots of history and memories that these particular events.
