Good afternoon!
The post is really interesting and I read it all. I write here what happened to me so maybe you can help me because is directly releated.
I bought a T6 wilt coilovers installed. Then I realized that the van was coming from factory with DCC so I bought the dampers and install it with lowering springs.
I plug the damoers but nothing change in the van.
This is the log I get, like the DCC module id nor conected or similar. Was not warning light or similar, so I supposed that the previous owner did something to deactivate it.
Can someone help me? Any ideas?

Is working! The dash shows the message and the button has light. Is flashing so sure some error or similar that I need to check with VCDS.

If it flashes it is telling you that there is a fault , VCDS will tell you which shock is problematic
The system cant work while the light flashes if i recall

Exactly.
I check it and it says Front left and Rear right OPEN CIRCUIT and MIL ON. I check the other 2 and they are working properly and the previous owner of the socks told me that no issues before.
I hope the problem is the conectors because they were some time out son for sure some corrosion in the pins (Even that I use some contact cleaner and WD-40 before install it). I will check it and let you know.

I already checked and inside the connector, the pins were in a really bad way.
I try to recover them and the front damper now is not giving the error.
The rear one still couldn't solve but I will keep trying.
Anyway, do you know if exist a repair kit for this connectors? The one I need to repair is already change or this is my feeling.

Sorry to don´t post it before, but I solve the issue. Front one was just some corrosion in the conector pins, but the rear one has a previous modification with change of the conector, It was not good and also the corrosion went through the cable. I cut all, replace the cables and redo it, and now is working properly.

By the way, there will be a full set of ordinary shocks in very good condition for sale soon.

I think you are very close to your goal! (but I'm not far behind you)
I can say that I almost did everything! but I ran into the fact that I can not perform a BASIC INSTALLATION! The reason for this is my lack of attention! I did not change the rear sensor and move it from the right side to the left (as required by the circuit). Now the readings of this sensor are beyond reasonable limits. so for anyone who plans to install a DCC in the future, I recommend purchasing the correct sensor (just moving it does not work, there is a difference in the brackets) I will still try to upgrade the existing sensor since all the wiring is already laid and the vibration sensor is fixed on the right side (above the height sensor body)
