Could someone please ID this for me?

Hi all,

Could someone tell me what this rubber part with a small nozzle on it is? It's located on the firewall. Pics attached.

Appears that my washer fluid may be leaking out of it.

Really appreciate any help.

AC condenser/evaporator water drain.

It will drip water when the AC is on.

That's a condensation drain.

Alrighty then, I did think that but it was dripping out when I filled the washing fluid so wanted to check. Thank you for that.

Or is it a scuttle drain?
