Morning, so what kit is that one, sorry I've looked at so many.
There is this obsession in UK for transporter industry suppliers to continually baffle us with new suspension kits, , often they are going backwards in design and results unfortunately ?? but one of the first things to look out for when choosing a coil over kit is .
" Coil over or a sleeve over" , distinct difference because sleeve over shocks tend to be too long. The way to tell is that the height adjuster on the front is a machined sleeve that slides over a normal shock , ,( hence nick name sleeve over ) A proper coil over is a complete threaded body one piece part , 95 % of kits you will see will be sleeve over types because its cheaper to make , we dont like them so we dont sell them at all , Ours are complete threaded bodies and a lot shorter to help comfort .
The KONI Dampers in our kit is Damping adjustable so we can fine tune the results for you depending on what kind of ride you want and what wheels and tyres you have .
The adjustment is 50 to 80 mm and it is TUV approved
The kit is an H&R product and manufactured in Germany at the factory in Lennestadt .
Carries a 2 year warranty and in 4 years of selling this kit we have had 1 warranty claim ( which was later diagnosed as client abuse ) so ultra reliable .
Picture below shows the difference between sleeve over and coil over . It also hi lights the ARB bracket which is in the wrong place on sleeve overs when fitted to a low van. The red shock will lessen the effectiveness of the A R B s because the link arms need to longer .
