It may have been @czmate1999 with his Urban Camo one, the other year

but the bug seems to have spread . . . . . .


this was CamperJam 2022.

with @Fish, @czmate1999 and @Mick rocking there's.






strangley enough at exactly the same time i was rocking mine at F1 2022 Silverston UK Gradprix.




smashing the crocs with socks look with a early morning hangover. . . .




i had the short sleeve version . . .

and liked it so much i got the long sleeve version too. . . . ( this was all before the Gorilla Robe purchase )








and Beanie hat . . . . . and Tote bag.

I copied this idea, but as I don't have my van yet, I put one around the dealer's neck that says "Deliver Bav's van!".

Hoping to collect mine a week Thursday, hence obsessive trawling of the forum for ideas... Amazon and GoOutdoors are doing quite well out of me already, and I'm trying really hard not to buy anything till I have the van and can see what we really need, but then you find something on offer and it just has to happen...

Towing Hack - keep any eye on your gear.

step1 - put stuff on TowBar





step2 - stick magnetic RING doorbell to back door. ( and connect to vans WIFI or hotspot )






step3 - drive off and watch the rear on your phone,






nice . . . . . we went on a 5mile trip with no issues.

the single seat folds down to about a tesco carrier bag size





and the two seater folds down to a "bag for life" size bag.




unless you are a Packing Ninja like @czmate1999


who somehow has the patience and stamina to repack tents and inflatables back into there original packaging. . . !!!

While I'm reminded of this thread, here's our big camping hack... modified Kampa Bunkie bunk beds to allow our kids to sleep in the back of the van. Last year it was a necessity, and this year we had to use them again as no pop top yet. Takes a little needle work to shorten the canvas but worth it. Our kids are still fitting in it as a small 11yr old and 8yr old. They pack down to the black bag in the later pic, and we can slide the slightly lower really useful boxes under them when packing.

P.S. the leg extensions are an Ikea hack!
P.P.S. it's a short wheel base, for reference

we had them camping over bank holiday family camp out. . .


smashing, and much cheaper than the DRY-Robe.

kept us cosy and dry in the evening when the dew started to settle. . .

plus warm and kept my modesty in the mornings with the early am dog comfort break.
