ARB factory standard sizes.

Are there any factory fitted ARBs other than the 22mm and 28mm (T32) sizes?
Thinking of going down in size on my T32 to improve rough/off road comfort, but dropping from 28mm to 22mm seems a bit excessive.
Dr Google suggests that the 28mm is about 4 times the roll resistance of the 22mm, so I'd end up with a van that cornered like a Citroen 2CV?

Hi there

Proper off road use doesn’t need an ARB. At all. And of course the top spec Jeeps can turn the ARB off ( electronically disconnects the left and the right side ).
A Decent shock. (Koni). to give stability without the need of a roll bar. Would be a good start and use the T28 bar with that and I think you will have a nice set up .

we throw lots of 22 mm bars away. So don’t buy one. ,,,!!

Sounds good. I'd be very surprised if I'm the only one contemplating this course of action.
The choice of a T32 was driven by availability and a generous dealer discount in that sweet spot just after the first lockdown, a rare moment when they misjudged the direction the market was heading in.
I soon realised that suspension work was inevitable on what will be a lightly loaded day van/crash pad.
The Koni SA and -30mm springs are already sorted (wasn't necessarily expecting @CRS Performance to be the only respondent to this thread) so Steve will have to put up with me one more time; if he'll have me .
Have to say that the work so far has produced a van that corners like its on rails with little or no dive when braking and a very relaxing and comfortable drive on average to good surfaces. Its just that "bit of a kick" when cross level changes occur.

So if I understand. You need T28. roll bars. .?.. I’ll keep some out of the scrap bin if that’s the case free to good home or we can fit them ?
